There are a few sites out there and one I can think of is LotteryShop.com and several free lottery affiliate programs, that can be found by visiting TradeDoubler.com.
I have offered Lottery Shop for years and it does some business. But be aware that it really is a CPA program, because after the first buy they snail mail the lottery players to death and you’ll never see a red cent. I am getting rid of it soon.
