InactiveHello??? My password has somehow changed on it’s own. Numerous e-mails to support and a post here do not seem to get a response. Also, don’t give me this “check your spam folder” BS because I check it everyday.
I know it can’t be my fault because I have a document with all my login information on it. Clearly under the iGlobal site is a password that does not work. However, the Starluck login page does work.

InactiveHi Stephen,
I have requested for a change password mail for you. This is an easy process and you can also do it by clicking on the “forgot password” link on http://affiliates.iglobalmedia.com/login_ig.htm. The email ID linked to your WM16566 is [email protected]. Have a look at your e-mail.
I don’t check the forums pretty often and if I fail to check it for a week or more, your issues will stay unresolved for that period of time. If you want your issues to be resolved effectively and in a timely manner, write directly to your account manager or affiliate support. If you think your issues haven’t been resolved to your satisfaction, feel free to mail me or call me.
Thanks,

Are the two error messages I receive. Sorry, I should of been more patient and stated that I tried this method earlier.
