I need to stress that I have no intention of paying anything above mid 4 figure for a site without accounts and “good” ranking.
I don’t care if your site was worth 50k 6 months ago, today its not worth 1/10 of that, sorry for being so blunt
Why not take a look at the sites being offered for sale here?
I see ToxicPoker.com being offered and he sounds desperate to sell to me …
