You understand well, I sell link from my homepage that have Pr 3.
I wat put between 4 and 5 links in Homepage.
You do your offert for a month, payment before and to every months.
(Possibility to change the price in next months if the Pr increase ).You choose your price.

if you buy the link for a months you have right to have for a month ( although the pr change from 3 to 4 )[ the change is very probably you see the submission that I am doing and that I’ll do : http://www.onlinexcasinos.com/directory/index.html ]
I accept a price from 20 $ to months for Homepage : is few ? is much ?
5 links are to 100 $. If you want you send today the message, tomorrow it is too late.
for who want to have links for more of 1 months :

you must do offert with option if the pagerank increase or decrease.
I’d like to have a option to cancell your links with a payment.this is a example ex. 3 link for 4 months
price : 60*4 = 240 $
if website became Pr 4 : in next month there is a increase of 12 $ to link from pr 3
if website became Pr 5 : in next month there is a increase of 25 $ to link from pr 3to option you cancell the link pr 3 or pr4
after 1 month is 5 $ to links ( something pr ) ( then you pay 60 $ for the first month and I pay to you 5 $*3 month * 3 links = 45 $ )
after 2 month is 6 $ to links ( something pr ) ( then you pay 120 $ for the first month and I pay to you 6 $*2 month * 3 links = 36 $ )
after 3 month is 6 $ to links ( something pr ) ( then you pay 180 $ for the first month and I pay to you 6 $*3 month * 2 links = 36 $ )
