Matt Cutts of Google recently proclaimed that Google’s Toolbar purposely gives mis-readings, just to throw SEO types off. PR, without a doubt, is a total waste of time.
While I agree with you about not caring for my own site, business on the internet is all about interaction and unfortunately right now PR is considered valuable by many webmasters. The fact that we know it is not can easily be used to our advantage.
