InactiveIt is Missouri that is supoenaing major sportsbetting portals.
Gambling or advertising casinos on the internet is not illegal – every year there is an attempt to pass a law against it though.
To stay up to date you can go to Larry Lawrence’s website and read the latest articles on the matter, or consult with Larry.
His specialty is internet affiliate law, and he specializes in gaming primarily but also in the other major internet affiliate markets.

GuestNext thing you know, they’ll be prosecuting travel agencies outside of Nevada for selling Las Vegas and Reno Packages for aiding and abetting gambling.
Why dont’ they put their efforts into cracking child pornography rings. I’m sure the law enforcement agencies involved in that could use the extra help.
