InactiveVegas Affiliates is late, aren’t they supposed to pay on the 30th?
I also noticed something weird about the stats – it doesn’t always correctly carry forward balances for some casinos to the next month if a payment is due. Not that the amount is particularly large this month for the casino in question ($7.44) – but the month before that it was $125 for a different (which, fortunately, is showing in the carryover stats this month, go figure).
Yeah, I know, it’s the weekend – but with all due respect a program that pays this late in the month could at LEAST make an effort to pay BEFORE the weekend…

InactiveHi Spearmaster,
Let me address those issues one by one:
1/ Payment report:
As you might have noticed, we are in the process of modifying the look and feel of our backend affiliate program.
The problem you mentioned in our payment report was a display bug…
A merchant did not show in the payment report if no activity was recorded for the month.
While the positive commissions were correctly carried over from one month to another,
sometimes a specific casino would not display, as no activity was recorded, even though the carryover figure from the previous month was positive.
Our developer has been working on it as soon as I read this post, and the problem has now been fixed.
All casinos now show in the payment report, even if no activity is recorded.I do apologize for the confusion and would like to thank you for pointing this out…
2/ Commission payment:
All Vegas Affiliates payment were sent last friday.
However we were informed today that Neteller denied the commission transfer to a handful of our affiliates,
including yourself, on the basis that the Neteller addresses provided are incorrect…We are trying to sort this out with Neteller, as the email addresses we provided them with are exactly the same that were accepted in the past.
In any case, this should be resolved today as well, and you will be notified by email as soon as the payment has been successfully sent. Thanks for your patience, understanding and feedback while major work is under way in order to make Vegas Affiliates what you would like it to be.
Best regards,

InactiveI might not have been clear enough…hehe…The bug was fixed a couple of hours ago, as mentioned in my previous post

The report is much clearer now.
In any case, feel free to contact me on this issue or any other, as this is the perfect time to get extra feedback while we are working on improving the program…Pierrick Lévêque
