InactiveThey usually pay automatically.
Aside that I can dig you out a phone number to ring the affiliate section if you don’t have it already.

InactiveProblem is their system is only set up to make payments in the UK, and I live in the US. They also don’t do Neteller at this time. The last time they sent me a check that ended up being rejected by my bank. Since then they have not replied to my messages. So if anyone has a name of a manager or his email address that I can write to regarding this matter that would be great.

InactiveSlowly, slowly there are improvements.
They’ve made a recent change.
I got my last payment via bank transfer (just three days ago actually) – to New Zealaand which is about as far away from the UK as you get – and it went through fine.
:clapper:However, as far as direct communication goes Ladbrokes are very very slow to respond – and routinely seem to take 3-4 weeks just to get back to an email …
and their replies always start …. “Apologies for the slow response: …
:notify:Overall they’re safe, secure, honest … but SSSLLLLOOOOWWWW !!

InactiveHow long did it took you to finally get paid?

InactiveI received notification of my August payment on Sept 15th (and a request for banking details).
I filled it out and returned it and received payment around Sept 25th.
As you’ll know this is a big improvement on the past.
