You know what, I’ve asked you guys a simple question and you never responded…so I’ve had to resort to posting it here instead :confused:
My question was:
If we get clients to land on your casino page and they decide to bet with the sportsbook instead do we still get the commissions? After all we should be rewarded for cross-selling opportunities as we are the ones doing the hard work.
But it seems the guys at 32 red are only interested in getting players as cheaply as possible as they haven’t responded to my query which makes me believe that we don’t get rewarded for players originally referred to the casino (which is very short-sighted). So why on earth should we promote 32 red and not another establishment which offers just a casino (at least we will have a 100% certainty that should the client play there we will earn our commission).ok they replied even if late, transcript of e-mail below -:
Thank you for your recent enquiry regarding the 32Red Affiliates Programme which you sent to Matt Booth. My name is Kate, and I am the Affiliate Manager for 32Red. Please accept my apologies for not responding to you earlier, but I have been our of the office on holiday and have only returned today.
As the 32Red Affiliates Programme currently operates, you will receive credit if you refer a player to 32Red Casino and they go on to play at 32Red Poker. However, as our sportsbook product was only launched very recently, this has not yet been integrated into the Programme. This is currently in development, so full cross-tracking between casino, poker and sportsbook will be available with our new re-launched Programme. I appreciate that this is not ideal at is stands, but we are working as quickly as possible to bring the new Programme online, and this will have many additional features that I hope will be a significant improvement on our existing Programme and are well worth waiting for!
