I just came back to the office today after 2 weeks holiday (as detailed in my last post before leaving), hence the delay answering this post. Thanks for throwing me right back into the thick of things, there’s nothing better than a CAP issue for this

First thing first, we have not received an email from you requesting your stats; my colleague Ted took care of the affiliate mailboxes while I was away and I cant find anything with your name or email address on it.
Could you please send me an email to affiliates[at]virgingames.com with:
– your original query (stats)
– which report you are trying to access
– the dates you select when trying to pull out this report
– confirmation of your email address (our last email to your registered email address came back as undelivered)I’ll look into it and get back to you.

InactiveAlso, if anyone else is experiencing problems pulling out the stats from our affiliate system, please let me know and we’ll investigate.
