    My affiliate account shows that a payment was issued for June 1 – June 30th.

    It stated payment made june 10 2008 but it should state july 10 2008

    In anycase, 11 days later no money received.

    I have used the same bank info on other affiliate accounts and never had to wait more that 5 days for a payment to be received.

    Ben, I still have not gotten any kind of official confirmation from you, that you have sent the promised payment. First you said you will send it on the 15th of June. Then you said your boss would send it the 1st of July. You said then, that I was under the 6 recipients, whose money got “lost” by the bank. Since last Thursday you could not be reached anymore by phone/Skype.
    So it is either you stand by your word, which you have assured me over and over again or you do not. But do not leave me hanging like that. If that will all sort out in the next couple of days, I will look forward to a long lasting partnership. Otherwise forget it.

    So has the money been resent or not ?!

    Hi,

    To all concerned about late payments.
    1. I understand you all completely regarding this matter, you all have overheads that need to be met and you need to work with reliable casinos to pay you on time.
    2. Your concern should be getting paid only, I do however want to let you know that I am trying to improve things at this end so, payments are paid on time and if misled chased up correctly. Currently I am not in charge of this process and merely pass on requests on a daily basis and do my best to get others to chase up the banks.
    3. As of next month I will be completely taking care of payments, creating each one and sending the instruction for the bank to pay.
    Nothing will miss the radar and, chasing up old payments will be easier. A lump some of money will be set aside to cover affiliate payments no matter what.
    4. Up until now the system in place, as you all know has not worked smoothly. For all those who are still waiting for old payments I have requested that we just pay again and not try and find the missing ones.
    5.For all who are waiting for June payments, due to lack of communication and inefficiency on behalf of one of our processors, money was not transferred into the correct account. The situation as been rectified and rest of the payments will be made by the end of today.

    I totally put my hands up in the name of Rushmore and admit that we have not got it 100% right when it comes to paying you guys on time and chasing up payment matters.

    I know that this e-mail is not tangible and your minds will be put at rest, only once you actually receive your cash.

    Please take into consideration that I am not trying to get out of anything or argue a point, you will all get paid and things will get better.

    My apologies to you all.

    I think that was a little rough ,Ben has always been available to us and I dont think they have replace Gabriel yet.Just for the record , I have received my payments via wire on time although it seems to take 2-3 weeks from time i see them as sent in their site til i get in my bank

    Ben, thanks for replying. I’m sure no-one blames you personally – you’re obviously in a difficult situation which you’re doing your best to resolve.

    The money owed to me isn’t massive, so I’m not unduly worried, but I’m concerned that players are having similar difficulties in cashing out.

    Can you reassure us that you’re NOT having difficulties in retaining players because of such processor / admin problems?

    Hi Andy,

    Thanks for your understanding.
    In regards to admin and processing, we have a new person taking care of this, her name is Jade and she is currently working on improving all admin and cash matters regarding players. She also answers player’s questions on Casino meister.

    We are accepting depositors, admittedly we are not as strong as we where back last year, however processing across the board for all US brands fluctuates this is just a bi-product of the nature of the industry we are in.

    We are working on bring in new processing, we have new solution which is technically ready, it promises to be the best we have ever had. We are waiting on paperwork for this to be finalized.

    In addition to this I have just produced a new set of marketing tools for retention, which should be in place shortly.

    All in all their is room for improvement and we can definitely grow.

    I appreciate Ben coming and explaining but what Engineer said was not rough at all there were several of us burned for thousands with those 2 casinos so if Rushmore is heading that way we want to jump ship now.

    HypeGaming owes me $26,000 ,I also got burned .Things happen to delay payments ,rather have a casino owing me money then have one who shows zero earnings and shaving on the back end hahaha.

    Hi bonustreak,

    I had a confirmation from the bank that your money was sent out again on July 9th.

    Please check with bank, it should have arrived to you between 11th – 15th , it would have come from a bank in Amsterdam if that helps.

    If the answer is still nothing, then we will try something else:wink-wink
