Hi Simon,
just out of curiosity, what is a competitive salary considered to be in Costa Rica for this type of job?
a competitive salary in …….. for instance; Lincoln Nebraska , is not competitive at all in New York.
and I doubt you could hire a gardner in Lincoln, for the price it could be done in Costa Rica.
just curious. Don’t go to a lot of trouble finding out if you don’t know off-hand.

I do not wish to discuss salary online, but it is competitive for Costa Rican expat and more to the point industry standards.
All the salaries are paid in USD.
This would be a great opportunity. How could anyone NOT want to relocate to Costa Rica.
I’m sure it wont take much to find a good candidate.
