I checked their alexa rank, it is a little over 1 million. Their web site looks nice, w/ a responsive mobile design.
Maybe they need to be more professional, when it comes to marketing. The marketing department could be a third party. Who knows?
However, there is no excuse for using spam to promote. I agree with that.

Looks like the entire operation may have been funded with illegal monies to begin with.
