Our fraud department is just checking something , 90% of your earnings comes from one player and due to a few similar accounts with Charge Backs they are making some extra checks.
I told you about the delay in payment before due payment method. It will sorted asap
and you will get your earnings.Thanks for your patience.

You told me about the trouble with ECO Card and I have already updated my payment info to Wire Transfer on 16 Feb. However, you did not tell me about the delay in the payment.
Last time I got payment for Nov and Dec on 15 Jan, you told me that you missed mine.
Why do you always delay to pay me?
