If I were YOU, I would book as many talk shows as possible, and promote your new book (i.e., the one you will be writing), detailing the inequity of this entire situation.
One closed door, opens another. Take advantage of your personal situation, and benefit from it !
This is a continuation of Big Brother (Bush), and his crusade to limit freedom of speech, as he sees it. There are going to be lots of social issues such as this one, that are going to gain notoriety down the line. Unfortunately, stupid laws may (and have already) been passed.

I agree. Once you are in the public eye, ride it. But be prepared for nasty questions and attempts to get you to lose your temper.
I would have that website domain up for sale and collect the 6 figure sum that would probably come from it.

Remember to say, the fact that some companies can make money from operating casinos and sportsbooks in this country while others cannot is absolutely, 100% unconstitutional.
Such favortism is against equal rights for all. And it is total discrimination.
Say it over and over and over again until enough people agree and get sick of such inequality in legislating.
How on earth can the Supreme court allow some people in the U.S to operate and profit from such businesses (Vegas, Atlantic City, etc,) but not other people? Again, it’s unconstitutional. And it’s discrimination. And it’s time for it to stop.

:nono: I like how at the end the tv channel adds that the new law doesn’t count against newspapers and tv channels.

Law seems too ambiguitive. I have a friend in Washington St. I have a Gaming orientated site hosted in California; I’m from California. Does this mean if I travel to Washington to see my friend I can be charged? How about while im there I do nothing to my site in the form of updates? What if I do? What if Todd Hosts his Website in another state and does all updates while at a BC coffeehouse? Can they prosecute him? How about if Todd gives up his Wash St. Residency and becomes a Oregonian? Clarification is needed on this law big time!
