    Received the same email

The link to click on to log into your Neteller account IS
the correct link.. it ends in the jsf

    https://www.neteller.com/signin/index.jsf

    But, who knows.. it’s odd.

I just got the same email. Seems strange that they would notify me several months in advance.

However, I can’t see how it could be a scam since they do not request that you follow up with them. And, all the links are correct.

It is not a scam. I called them and verified the information.

I contacted Neteller about it and they said unless my card was about to expire to just forget about it.

My card doesn’t have an expiry date on it? (that I can see)

Is there a difference between U.S. cards and our Canadian cards?
    (mine’s blue)

I also got the same email as well….

weird thing is I got the replacement card 2 weeks ago at least….

good thing I didnt destroy it thinking it was an oversight because I had just received a replacement card a few days before. My debit card was destroyed by a hungry ATM and I figured they had just made some error
when sending my new one and sent twice.

US cards are brown and have an expiry date.
