I’m not sure why you would say that. If its from a possible Corruption standpoint. Sportsbetting is the least corruptable out of Online Poker,Casino, and Sportsbetting. In Fact, Casino is the most. As I programmer I know. If I was writing an online casino program you would win when I say you win and only then.

InactiveIt is because the wire act actually does make sportsbetting illegal in the US, and all the arrests that have been the catalyst for blowing this industry to bits have been based on sportsbetting related activities.

InactiveThe wire act says you cannot use Telephone or Telegraph. Nothing about digital or Internet communication. (Or at least yet)

InactiveThats true, it is also true that the FCC ruled that the internet and phone are not the same.
It is still widely accepted and strictly enforced that online sportsbetting as well as sportsbetting over the phone is illegal in the US and the DOJ has based all the arrests on this.
That has crippled the industry to a point of no return.
It doesn’t matter what we think or what the law can be interpreted to be, the cold hard fact is that it is killing all of the US online gaming business.

The big guys are just rolling over into the fetal position. If they actually bonded together and fought back they might become bigger than they are; instead they shall all vanish into the night.

InactiveQuote:The Superbowl there will be a mass exedus of Sportsbooks out of the US Market.I’m Hearing:
VIP
Nine
Sportsbook.com
BetJM
5Dimes
BetCrisJust to name 6. Anyone want to weigh in?
Unsure where you are hearing rumours about VIP and Nine pulling out but this is not the case. We plan to continue operating AS NORMAL after SB sunday which is in a weeks time. I can not speak to 5Dimes, BetCris or the others but I would be surprised if BetCris pulls out after SB Sunday.
