I haven’t had any issues yet, but i’m keeping an eye on my emails. I’m ready to change servers if necessary. Hopefully I won’t need to because its a lot of effort lol

Just wanted to see if anyone was having issues with US Hosting providers for their gambling sites? Apparently there is a US based Hosting Company forcing Gambling Sites to move-out. FYI- if you’re working with a US Hosting company, you may want to check into things.

Who was the company? be good to get some certaintity.

Well I asked mine and they’ve told me nothing has changed. Further more, Michael has confirmed that there’s nothing that can be done legally by DOJ to make an ISP pull such sites down.

But I guess scare tactics do work, and some hosting companies just prefer to be on the safe side in case something happens.

And don’t forget GoDaddy did hand over control to a bunch of gaming .com domains to the state of kentucky.

Actually the users complaining about sites taken down are hosted by GoDaddy as well.

To be candid with you, the community member that shared this with me is not releasing the hosting company’s name. However, I’ve received a few PM’s on this thread. Word to the wise, if you’re set-up with US Hosting in general, you may want to start evaluating some other options.

I’ve found that the hosting companies are less concerned about working with gambling themed sites than they were 4 or 5 years ago.
