Same with me, 4K since 2007 that I gave up on. Never get a response from that email. Beware of this program, they seem to be selectively choosing who they work with and pay.
I am in the same situation. I am owed 1K plus and they are not responding to my emails. I’ve sent about 10 emails since March but not one reply. I also attempted to chat with VIP.COM support and they said that they can`t speak for VIPPROFITS, which is totally BS. They asked me to email [email protected]
I wish I could copy/paste the convo I had with them but I lost the convo.
I will keep you guys updated with my situation.
All affiliates should NOT join this program, at least until it is stable again, which is highly unlikely.
I’m owed money from Q2 also. They’re usually late sending payments (quarterly payments plus the long wait to get them) but this time they’re VERY late. You would think they had plenty of money considering this is the time most football deposits are made.
I haven’t checked my mail in about a month so I don’t know if it’s there. I really hope it is.
I called last week to talk to Blake. After being put on hold for 20 min by the CS rep. She comes back and says hes not avaliable. Total BS. They are officially gone.
That is so interesting to hear. Last year they literally stole $2000 from my affiliate account at Q3 2008, and there was a note on the affiliate report that stated that Blake has reached some minimum level or something like that, and Q3 commissions had been deducted by that amount.
Now I finally know who Blake is! I asked them to explain it many many times, but they would not write back and tell me who Blake was. Now I know Blake is someone who works there, or is a possible owner? Good old Blake!
Apparently Blake and his little friends are absconding with the affiliate commissions and heading over to the casino. Heck, I wonder how much they have stolen!
I have been emailing back and forth with VIP Profits over the past 2 days, and they have found some simple clerical errors that caused all this. it is still a mystery as to why they did not receive my earlier emails but it might just be an issue with my internet connection or something.
They have informed me that my payments are being ordered right now, so I am very happy. I will only post one more time when these missing payments arrive. Thanks to everyone who contributed to the discussion.
I now believe VIP is owned by people who are honest and that care about the affiliates. They also informed me that their site is fully operational and the affiliate program is working again as well, after a lot of technical work and programming.
I will drop in when I receive my promised check. I got the email from them on Friday, and I am guessing that it will arrive this week. I’ll get back when it does.
At this time I have finally received all of my back payments mentioned in the posts within this thread. The VIP Profits owners and managers have redeemed themselves in my eyes totally.
Many thanks to all the owners and staff at VIP Profits for being honest and coming through. I was wrong in many of my assumptions, and for that I apologize. They told me they were up and running and indeed, the site if fully functional again.
Now I can concentrate on other things again. I hope you all have a great day!

Support@vipprofits gets me nowhere. When I call, I get put on hold and then told that Blake is busy. Not sure whatelse to do.

Anyone know how to get ahold of blake? I tried calling and he is never there. Affoldguy do you have a magic # or email?

VIP you owe me money as well don’t make me chase you down that will make me very cranky!!!
I know Blake personally and he’s not a thief. Send him an e-mail and keep us posted; I think these payment delays are due to just a slight lack of organization on their part which occurred once the program closed its doors for new US customers.

*note: remove the -( )-I think if you send him a cordial e-mail explaining that you are an old affiliate and just looking to get commission payments caught up, you will get a reply. If not, let us know and we’ll do our best to chase him down.
