The fact that a program is not up there does not imply that they are bad for any reason.
The fact that a program IS up there implies that they have passed certain tests and are approved. It also means that they are available here to talk to us and issues are resolved more easily.
Also, I don’t think anyone is rounding up programs to put there, they have to apply.
Actually, some of the ones you mentioned are going to join after they resolve some more things, as far as I know.
You will find private webmaster opinion about most programs vary a lot.
So, just because a program is not up there doesn’t necessarily mean you should avoid it.
If unsure about a program you can always use the search function and see what everyone has to say about them.

Vegas Affiliates and Fortune Lounge are both great programs. ( excellent player retention, so believe they do treat customers right )
All three have been in the industry for a long time.I keep wanting to believe that and see that with Fortune Lounge but the truth of the matter is either their stats aren’t correctly showing any consistent conversion or the accounts just dont’t turn very well, becaause I have ALOT of players signed up, but the conversion ration is so tiny …
Captain Cooks however I haev seen a nice increase every month and am very satisfied with them. In fact they and Referspot prove to be my top performers the past 2 months. My referspot conversions increased moderately but my commission more then doubled last month alone!! It’s Grand Bays’ third anniversary all month and they are doing some nice promiotions that should prove to be another profitable month!
