Thank you for explaing the relationship with support Nicole. I would have understood better if you had explained this in your reply to my emailed query.

It looks like this new casino is also hosted at Admintek along with your casinos.. Or at least is the admin on the domain.

Hi Nicole,

I have been signing up for more affiliate programs today and came across the above mentioned One Club casino.

I had remember seeing this post but didn’t really read it thoroughly and couldnt even remember the name of the casino until I started looking into possible casinos to promote.

I went to the one club casino site to find out if they allowed all US players, live chat was nice and said yes.

Then I went to Orchid casino and asked the same question of live chat and got the same support rep “Laurel”.

Both of these casinos are under the same affiliate program Richclicks so I thought now that they may just be one casino with 2 names. I asked the rep to tell me if I could join both, she told me no. Ok that clarified my second question.

But she came back with something else about Main Street which is what you said above was not true.

I am going to copy and past the chat I had today and if they are giving out incorrect info you may want to correct them.

Hi Techwoman,

That’s basically the story I got. I called the toll free support number on this new casino’s web page to find out about maybe speaking to an affiliate person. They told me to contact Nicole at Mainstreet and she’d be able to help me. The support rep. that answered knew who I was from calling in the past from Mainstreet Casinos.

I guess it is possible that if the support people at Mainstreet don’t know all the details about this casino, other than to provide player support, they might be just ASSUMING things. Perhaps they’re not told all the details.

From your conversation above, it sounds like Support may have misunderstood your question and thought you were speaking about joining as a player.

Since the confusion outlined by Daera, I have spoken with Customer Support, and they now know who to direct affiliate questions to with regards to One Club and Orchid.
