InactiveI agree with the post. Get yourself a Neteller debit card for $2 per moth. FORGET ABOUT YOUR BANK. You can always use the debit funds to make a bank deposit.

InactiveMan, that puts a damper on the debit card if Omni Bank is behind the debit card. I’ve been using the card now for 6 months and I find it very useful!

InactiveNeteller per se is not illegal. I use Neteller for a lot of payments and also receive money that does not have anything to do with gambling.

Wow ! I really think what NETeller is saying here is, “go ahead USA, implement your solution, and if you can, of course we’ll comply. But until you come up with a strategy, it’s business as usual.” I think this is a shrewd move on their part. It is telling the US to put their money where their mouth is, and at the same time, is protecting their share price from further damage. Putting the onus quite clearly on the shoulders of the American banking system. I bet that they are betting that nothing comes of it. I think their legal counsel advice is brilliant here.October 19, 2006 at 8:51 pm #712613Anonymous
InactiveI never send money from Neteller to my bank, I aways take the cash out with the atm card then dep the cash.

InactiveI think it would be wise for all of the payment processers to diversify. Look at moneybookers for example; they work in gambling, but they also work in dozens of others industries as well.
