InactiveI lost all the content of my outlook express when I Installed it some time ago and hung on the phone with Microsoft for an afternoon getting it back.
I recommend saving it in a place of your choice before you install, or asking microsoft help if that has been fixed.

InactiveI have been using it for quite a while now and have not had any problems at all.
Backups are always a good idea.

InactiveWhile I was on the phone with them trying to resurrect my Outlook Express, they explained to me that the problems that do occur are the result of interactions with other programs residing on my computer, but they had not isolated which programs caused the problem. They said there was more than one program causing problems on people’s computers.
Hence the variety of reactions to the install.

InactiveNo probs here with SP2 -You might triple-check, but you should be able to roll back your settings with XP if a downloaded program messes things up. Can’t remember what that feature’s called.
