Paid placement is not uncommon for sites which have good positioning within the major search engines or a large and active forum, blog or community.
When I registered as an affiliate I didn’t get any proposal to pay me for placing their ads so I understand that I have to contact each on personaly.My site is indexed in all major search engines (part from MSN) and it’s in the 20th when you Google ‘bingo bonus reviews’. I think they will ask you to show them your statistics: how many uniques you have per day, how many times you site is found from search engines daily.
If they like your statistics they will offer you a deal. Now I can’t say how much you should ask them, it depends on your statistics.But you have good positions in search engines I think you shouldn’t worry, just upload links and banners of casinos, poker rooms and bingo sites, and earn your money.
