grizolsemnMemberHi! Thanks for your message- I am sure there are many others that are wondering the same thing.
First of all, I would like to introduce myself as the new point of contact for Everest on the CAP forums- I will do my best to respond quickly and to serve as a liaison between affiliates and our large team of affiliate managers. Anyway, you are correct, we have not yet included the custom brand casino program on Everest Affiliates- we need to figure out exactly how to move forward with the program and how to integrate it into our new system. I will speak with the appropriate parties on my end and get back to you with a more specific answer ASAP, I promise!!December 19, 2007 at 3:07 pm #756949
grizolsemnMemberHi again…as promised, I spoke with my team and have an answer for you. EverestAffiliates.com (EVA) will not include the custom casino program, however, even when the transition to EVA is 100% complete, we will continue to support the custom casinos that have been developed through the AWA program.
Does this answer your question? If not, please let me know!

Rebecca,
does this mean the custom programs ( almost “white labels”)
can be tracked in the new EVA statistics?
Or will they continue to exist under AWA??
Or will AWA completetely disappear??also thank you Ace$spade for bringing up this question

grizolsemnMemberAll very good questions. I apologize for the vague answer earlier! In response:
1)Custom casinos/white labels will not be tracked through EVA
2)Yes, they will continue to exist under AWA
3)The reporting available on AWA for custom casinos will not completely disappear, although our hope is that we can move most partners to EVA over time as it is a great improvement from AWA. Regardless, we will not leave anyone hanging, I can promise you that!If you have specific questions or concerns about your custom casinos, please feel free to get in touch with your personal account manager, or you can always reach me directly at [email protected]. I am always happy to direct all inquires to the appropriate party if I am unable to answer them myself.
