InactivePerhaps all the money deposited was not from one player. A lot of players keep money in their accounts instead of withdrawing it every time. Also, a good portion of that may be poker players in which case you would not be getting 30% of what was lost. At any rate I hope you are going to inquire with bet365 with any concerns you have.

InactiveHello doyoweb,
I’m with Bet365 – and find them pretty good. What you are saying is that your deposits have grown 6-fold (from 3K per month to 20K per month) but that there is no increase in revenue yet? IS that right?
I’ve also seen a significant increase in March deposits but I also did get an increase in share too (in Sportsbooks). My Casino / Poker / Games revenue was pretty flat though.
Which products do you promote?
The most obvious reason I can think of would be that perhaps you’ve got a lot of UK players? They can use debit cards to deposit and withdraw without charges – and I find a lot of UK players do just that …
They deposit – play games / poker / bet on Sports that night … and at end of session they withdraw all the balance – weird but true.
:woo-hoo:It would help if BET365 also showed withdrawals though as we could confirm this. hAve you tried emailing their cusotmer support? I’ve done it once or twice and usually got a 24 hour response time with a reasonable reply.
