that’s a good question.
So I take it that in Germany they are saying no to OG?
If that’s the case I find it quite surprising.
This reply is really late and I apologize for that.
I have blocked visitors from certain countries as well. To do this I simply asked my web hosting company to block visitors from certain countries, it was that simple. Not sure if your host can handle this, but it is apparantly an easy thing to do.

Well, it’s a grey area. They are more likely to enforce things though than the US.
I talked to someone about this just recently and things appear to be in limbo there, too. It is smart to serve the States from Europe and Europe from the States.
