December 3, 2007 at 2:43 am #755460giftorgbestMemberGreat, I will take a look it.
December 3, 2007 at 3:13 am #755470AnonymousInactiveNot sure what the issue is but my Trend Micro software is going bananas about installing this casino software. It keeps telling me that it’s blocking ‘suspicious’ activity regarding something to do with high risk ‘program library injection’.
Any ideas?
December 3, 2007 at 3:23 am #755473AnonymousInactiveIt’s not going very well this. Just created a new account, got a ‘navigation’ error in the software and now it won’t connect.
December 3, 2007 at 3:33 am #755474AnonymousInactiveError post.
December 3, 2007 at 12:11 pm #755489AnonymousInactiveFictionNet, thanks for checking things out and for posting your comments.
1.
my Trend Micro software is going bananas
Looks like your antivirus software doesn’t like Microgaming (MG) download files… Have you experienced this trying to download other MG casinos?
2.
Just created a new account, got a ‘navigation’ error in the software and now it won’t connect.
I checked with JF player support and there is no general problem but our internal MG contact person is checking right now with MG because there may be a bad connection between Trend Micro antivirus software and our MG MPMLV (multi-player, multi-language viper) casino software or even all MG casino software.
I hope to have an answer for you soon but in any case I’ll post you an update in the next three hours.
Thank you!
Cheers, Lloyd
P.S. Thanks Christine
December 3, 2007 at 7:41 pm #755534AnonymousInactiveHi FictionNet,
We checked with Trend Micro and there is a problem with the casino software getting through TM antivirus… we are trying to get some more info and work out how to fix this.
Our IT are moving their test computers at the moment so we have to wait before we can see the problem for ourselves and try find a work around.
So, yeah, there is a conflict between the casino software and Trend Micro.
I’ll keep you posted.
Thanks again.
Cheers, Lloyd
December 3, 2007 at 8:08 pm #755536AnonymousInactiveNo problem. Glad it happened ‘cos now it can be resolved. I eventually got into the game and played, btw. I did find that the software continuously told me I couldn’t enter tournament games because I hadn’t downloaded the relevant game – even though I’d downloaded it.
December 4, 2007 at 4:02 pm #755593AnonymousInactiveFictionNet, great to hear that – thanks. Did you have any luck playing?
Some more updates regarding our investigation of the software conflict issues you had… basically, our guy downloaded the All Jackpots software and when he was prompted he added AJ software to the accepted software on Trend Micro. Please see if you can go into Trend Micor and add AJ software to the accepted software list and if that helps.
In his words:
I have finally been able to install Trend Micro and check it with AJ. I could not replicate the error that the player had, however it did ask me if I want to let the program access the internet (see screen shot) which I allowed. This maybe what the player needs to do.
Please let me know if that works for you.
Thanks, cheers, Lloyd
