InactiveRoman (the affiliate manager) is pretty good about getting back to people. However, I believe he is out of the office until Friday. His email address is affiliate [at] intertops [dot] com.

InactiveI also had problems back in July when they switched over their affilate program. They kept promising to switch my downline over to the new program, but they did not.
They claimed that none in my downline had gambled in July or August anyway. I found that hard to believe since in June they had gambled. I took care of the problem in mid August by removing them from my site and sending a reason why they were removed to those 505 members of my newsletter.
They are a scam outfit as far as I’m concerned and I don’t want my gamblers being burnt!
By the way, it took over a month for them to respond to my emails!!!October 30, 2007 at 6:57 pm #752701
bardotMemberThank you for those speedy responses. I have sent an e-mail to that address, but only today. In fact I sent an e-mail to all three addresses that I found for the affiliate dept when trawling through their messy website.
I am quite quick to dump companies that give me grief before I invest too much in them, but in the case of Intertops I shall await a reply for a few days more before posting warnings about them against my existing listings (though ignoring my three messages in their message centre is pretty unforgiveable, maybe they have a valid excuse). There are so few places accepting USA clients that I want to give them a chance to resolve this before I ditch them. I also want to be paid!October 30, 2007 at 7:15 pm #752702Anonymous
InactiveI have never had a problem with Intertops, they have a great reputation, and my players love the casino and poker.
I am sure Roman will sort you when he gets back in the office.
P.S. I am moving this to their forum so he will see it right away next week.

This is good news to me because they are the MG I promote the most (for obvioUS reasons)… if I ever get some players I would hope to not encounter problems. Until such a time though, I can’t comment on them one way or the other.

InactiveHi justbookies,
I have replied to your e-mail, could you please let me know, if all is sorted now?Hi bleuze,
Richard, you never reply to my e-mails (did you get them?). Could you please be so kind and e-mail/PM me your phone number as well as an appropriate time to contact you (i.e. your time zone and preferred time to be called)?Hi vd752,
What exactly does not work for you? Drop me an e-mail with exact description and let’s get this sortedHi Engineer, Dominique, VPGenius,
Thank you very much for your kind words!November 4, 2007 at 12:14 pm #753141
bardotMemberJust to let anyone reading this thread know that Roman has sorted out the problem entirely and has also made a very welcome ‘good will’ gesture. My confidence is restored in Intertops. Word of advice to webmasters, as you guys kindly told me, do use the e-mail address to contact Roman not the message center in the affiliate program.

LucretiaMemberI had a look at their affiliate program and wanted to signup but as soon as I saw that payments can only be made to a players account I decided not to.

bardotMemberBut Rick, that is only so you can then withdraw through their payments system. Simply withdraw the payment from the player account to neteller for instance.

I’ve gotten paid via bank wire and Quick Tender from them after it’s placed in my player account.
This is a great program and Roman is one of the best affiliate managers to work with.

Thanks for that update. I just started promoting Interrops. I have been an affiliate for awhile, but never gave them a fair shot. After reading the post’s in this topic, I will give then a good try.
