so how do they see this happening? they can limit the sites that can be accessed from their wireless network, but what about mobile phones? one could always text or call a friend and ask him to put a bet online…

isn’t it just a futile attempt? somewhat similar to sticking one’s head into the sand and pretending that the problem doesn’t exist if you don’t see it…

or maybe i’m missing the point here?
