Yep, the breach of contract issue, Zane.
You know my take on the importance of that.
It’s the single most important issue. Please don’t forget it, all it takes is to change it so it’s not retroactive and therefor legal.
Thank you Zane. I feel like we have made some wonderful progress on these issues. This whole situation created a lot of un-needed stress for all of us.
Commission will be payable from the 2nd Successful purchase for all new players to the Belle Rock Gaming Group as from 1st August 2005 however, the player will be linked to the Affiliate based on the 1st purchase.
What if that player fails to make a second deposit, will referback be paying the affiliate a % of the first deposit sense you refuse to pay the CPA? Eg a player that deposits $500 and loses it all gets upset and never returns; will you pay the affiliate $200 @ 40% or what ever their share is?

It adresses some of the profitability problems, but it is not adressing the legal problem of breaking the contract we signed.
It leaves us as vulnerable as we started out.
Let me just point out that this is exactly what they wanted. They screw you on a number of points, then give back a few and hope that you will be happy with SOME concessions.

I don’t plan on thanking these idots for a damn thing, first of all they should never have broken an agreement in the first place, 2nd is in my opinion Zane

It was the first breach of contract, and it emboldened all kinds of programs to do the same.
It is the root of the whole problem.

Ditto that! My stats are off better than 80% of normal something just doesnt seem right and no one has ever completely responded to these stats concerns despite have more than enough time to do so!
If you didnt already think they were trying to phase affiliates out I heard over at ***** that both riverbelle casino and bellerock group are on a link buying and link exchange campaign trying to SEO the riverbelle site! :3eyes:

Guys lets tone it down and keep things professional here in the main forum areas. While they were slow to act Referback has started to make the changes we’ve requested. Lets not make it such a hate filled atmosphere that all conversation comes to a halt.
