InactiveIncentive? Lol!
A carrot is an incentive.
This is a stick.
I filed a complaint with the IGC about the breach of contract of Vegas Partners and Fortune Affiliates. Looks like I need to add Partner Logic.
The avalanche is rolling, just like I predicted.
Soon this industry will have nothing to offer that we can’t get pushing bank cards and insurance.
At least with bank cards and insurance we don’t worry about it becoming illegal any time soon and we would operate without risk.

InactivePartnerlogic always underperformed for me. I think i still have a few links left to remove. If you are looking for a replacement, focal click are a decent bunch of guys if you need a cryptologic casino to promote.

InactiveI guess they need the money from affiliates to pay for the TV ads.

Unfortunately you are being proven right Dom. I think it is time that all of us need to make a stand. I for one am considering all my options. There are after all many reputable casinos still out there which aren’t employing these changes to their T & C’s

InactiveMaybe CAP could create an “Allstar” list.
The list would be for newbies and people to busy/lazy to keep up with such things. The list would be given some prominent spot here at CAP. People could easily consult this list when they setup new sites, or are determing positioning of banners, etc…
The list would contain Certified CAP partners who meet “Allstar” criteria… which someone else (not me) could come up with.
I am hearing all of this stuff – rakeback / T&Cs changing, etc.. but not really seeing anything I can easily access to make quick determinations myself as I am producing pages. It would really be nice to have such a reference.

InactiveI have emailed someone senior at Partnerlogic and appealed to them to rescind this term. I have pointed out how it is not in their best interests.
If there is a change I’ll come back with info.

GuestHi,
IMHO if we have any chance at all its going to be thru a united effort. That means places like CAP and GPWA need to come together for a united front. And its got to be done soon.

InactiveI just removed my last Partnerlogic link. I don’t trust you!
What next?July 15, 2005 at 6:52 pm #668730Anonymous
InactiveI absolutely agree to make that “Allstar” list, altough I used to read through all of the messages here, but it could be help when time is tight and there is no time to read all messages.
And for someone who is setting up a new site it could be the Holy Grail

InactiveJust in case you haven’t already figured this out, the PartnerLogic commission reduction applies to each casino individually.
If you promote Intercasino and get lots of news players, but don’t get a new player at VIP, your VIP percentage will be 20%.
This accomplishes the same thing as bundling casinos. It insures that smart affiliates will promote only one property of the group, if any at all.
