InactiveYes, I agree with that.
I have some spammy pages out there and they get lots of Yahoo and MSN hits, a lot more than google.

InactiveInk is odd…
I built some sites that should have rocked across all se’s and they are nowhere to be found in Ink.
So, as a test I put together a crappy little site that was a little overboard with seo and lite on content.
The results? Top 10 for a fairly good Pharmacy keyword and only 2 backlinks….
Ink loves bad, spammy sites!

InactiveI just read over at webmasterworld that some think its a bad idea to use PFI on inktomi – several paranoid reasons why it would be bad … maybe I made a mistake by doing this ..

I agree with this big time. Prior to the change to Overture it was a good idea to submit via PFI at Inktomi and I had dozens of sites with top 10 rankings at MSN and Yahoo for a few months, then when they transitioned to overture they purposely removed most if not all of the PFI sites!
I think they did this as an “incentive” for us to use direct submit, only problem now is that Overture decided they didn’t want online gambling so we are totally screwed as there seems to be no way to “turn back on” those listings.
This Sucks but appears to be the case.
