Casinopays,
Can you please advise from your terms what constitutes “inactivity of your account” and in what instances would Cpays reduce an affiliates commission.
5.3 Post Termination:
The term of this Agreement will begin when you create a unique link to our site and will be continuous unless and until either party notifies the other in writing that it wishes to terminate the Agreement, in case the affiliate terminated this agreement without notifying the casino then forty five days of no activity in the affiliate account, the casino will reduce the affiliate account percentage to twenty five percent. Thanks

An inactive account means an account with no traffic at all.
Commission reduction never took place and so this segment refers to unusual cases in which an affiliate terminated a unique agreement with CPays without notifying CPays. The affiliate then would have 45 days in which he/she can choose whether to continue this agreement or terminate it and in any case nothing will be done without notifying the affiliate first. If you have any questions i’ll be more than happy to answer,
All the best,
Eilon

To answer your question, no we never reduce an affiliate commission unless specified in the agreement with the affiliate.
