Guys please take a few minutes to update your control panel on the MAIN CAP 2.0 system.

1. Click on the CAP Logo to go to the CAP 2.0 home page. The control panel we want to update is NOT the same one you have for the forums.

2. Look in to upper left hand corner of the page. You should see “Welcome / Username” Directly below that is your control panel.

3. Click on Control Panel and fill out all your info.

Two questions and one quick tip:
Q1: Who can see the personal info of affiliates?
Q2: Is it possible to change name or email in the basic information?

Tip (for anybody looking for the link):
You (or at least I) can’t see the control panel link when reading the forums, on all other pages its in the upper left corner.

Personal info is not publically viewable. Only CAP Adminstartors have access.

Non personal info IS used for CAP Match and to allow you to become a certified affiliate and add your portals to the member directory.

You are also awarded CAP points based on your participation within the community IE subscribe to newsletter, subscribe to Magazine, attend events etc…

There is a LOT more to CAP 2.0 then just color and layout changes in the forum area. To have full access to everything (IE post program reviews, have access to private areas) we need up to date data about you.

The CAP user control panel is now accessible from the forums, and is located on the top left of the page.

Problems when trying to update. I think because of the &-sign in my usename. What to do?
