Our account has been blocked too, we are investigating alternate means to pay our affiliates.

I can access my account, but I am not a merchant. This is not good. :unhappy:

This is really starting to become ridiculous. :cuss: But when there is a will there is a way :Pisser:

There doesn’t seem to be any coherent will though, just a lot of flapping around and deliberate miscommunication.

It is official, I just got off the phone with ePassporte and they have been instructed by their legal department to terminate all gambling related contracts. Does anyone have any experience with ecocard?

You’re kidding right? As soon as you move over they’ll pack in as well.

This is going to get worse before it gets better, there’s no way now for US players/affiliates is there?

I think we have to be realistic and realise all these ewallet people have a mental image of the neteller guys being led off in handcuffs and dont want to be next.I am surprised their legal departmnet let it go on this long.Anyone who handles the money associated with the US market is running risk of getting into Legal trouble down the road.
Ignorance does not get you off with the law.I will predict by summer there will be NO US market at all except for those who will pay high western union fees and even then when you are talking about moving around alot of money ,the solution will not last forever. Western union also reports large amounts of money trails to DOJ.
As much as we would all love access to that market again I dont see it happening. My own lawyer here in Canada is telling me to put a disclaimer on my website about the US Legal Position .He doesnt like seeing the ‘us player’ section on my website lol

    Hey Guys,

I knew this was coming…it was just a matter of time:

    http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/epassporte-question.18492.html?

The only viable solution, that I can think of, for Merchants to process payments and for Affiliates to accept payments, without all the hassles, is for a Merchant to set-up a seperate marketing company and wire the funds directly to your Affiliates.

My question to Affiliates, however, is would you be willing to receive your funds based on a higher payout threshhold (say $250-$500), and/or bear the cost of sending a Wire Transfer ($25-$50)???

Absolutely – If they the Affiliate Programs agreed to increase comission percentages as well – Lets face it without “Us” and the thousands of promotional websites we bring to the table – would their casinos be able to stay online ??? – would they be as profitable ???

I think Affiliate Programs need to let go of the – we come first attitude by mearly throwing an affiliate only 15%-25% of revenue brought in and follow the old adage of “Scratch My Back and I’ll Scratch Yours”

Increase our revenues for the hardships we have incurred lately through costly fees and withheld monies for inappropriate payment methods or the increase in webhosting fees for branching out into other International Markets. I don’t know about anyone else but my expenses have almost doubled with just these two examples.

Not a day goes by with regards to this past month that I don’t have to or need to – remove an affiliate program due to either lack of payment(s) or simple affiliate abuse.

There seems to be very few reliable programs left but, those few who have held their affiliates in regard by not screwing them over will receive my undying loyalty now and in the future – the rest of them can………….
