InactiveI never really thought about it, because even though things are a little uncertian for our industry lately I do like it, but I hear that PayLess shoes is one of the best affiliate programs. That comes from Shawn Williams, he has an affiliate company where you can sign up for a newsletter and get monthly info thats pretty helpfull without trying to sell or promote much.
Sometimes I think a sports goods online mall or a mens site that sells shaving gear, cologn, mens mags, not porn stuff but you know the type. Yea, some type of mens store I think.

InactiveWhy then I’d have to be a :
sports affiliate
poker affiliate
bingo affiliate
backgammon affiliate
lotto affiliateMain reasons :
virtual product – globally accessable – quickly consumed – repeat purchase likely.Find me another product that does that – and offers 30-40% profit shares – and I’ll be interested.

InactiveI’m used to make a couple grand a month from via my dictionary site, via Amazon, when i was working with a guy (software) i met back in michigan. Unfortunately he was too greedy, short-sighted to put effort into his software, instead he kept trying to build and maintain store sites, while the software kept breaking, until the sites weren’t being updated. if you pay for a tool, try to find one that has more than one guy backing it.
These days I’m selling Carbon Offsets at http://www.4offsets.com, where i’m the affiliate manager, an affiliate and the founder/owner.

I suggest you try to turn your hobby into an affiliate business, if you garden, run, read, travel, cook, collect, there are lot’s of ways to work that into an affiliate business.
