vladcizsolMemberThanks for the heads up Ellen.
I think this should be in public area as it effects any affiliates who work with Playtech Poker. Could you make a post outlining the issue and the positive repsonses you have received so far?

InactiveYep, will do now. Just double checking my emails first to see if anyone else replied before I post.

InactiveMichael from Casino Partners just called me to explain what’s going on. He said basically the stats are rubbish right now and they haven’t paid us yet cause they want to make 100% sure it’s correct. If any of you promote poker in the Playtech rooms, I HIGHLY suggest you stay on top of things, and don’t think that just because you’re making a few bucks that it’s correct.
I was also told that for a while, Casino Partners put some casino games in their poker room so the poker players were playing poker then losing in the casino games.
IE: I play poker for 8 hours and produce $100 in rake, I go play blackjack and lose $200………….affiliate is negative $100. THey have supposedly gotten rid of this feature. We got paid from IOG and they swear it’s correct, possibly they got theirs straightened out, but it’s hard for me to believe that one Playtech room has fixed it’s bugs and the others haven’t.
Anyways, just stay on top of them, I am hounding all the Playtech guys daily about this. We have a right to know. :banger:

InactiveWe are all over them about this too.
What really gets to me is that whenever they say the “bug” has been fixed, I see my earnings go up for a day or two, then drop into the negatives again.. only to have to bitch and moan again for them to get it fixed, when after they say it is fixed, I see my earnings go up for a day or two, then drop… you get the picture…
We really ALL need to keep bugging them so that they get so fed up that they actually DO fix this…

InactiveAgreed Peralis,
Have you gotten paid yet from Casino Pays or Casino Partners?
We haven’t and I just got a PM from Liat that they’re “looking into it” but that Henry, the guy in charge of this stuff, won’t be back til next week. We didn’t get paid for Jan. commissions (from Casino Pays) til a few weeks ago as it is.This is getting ridiculous, we do so much more with other rooms it’s almost not worth it to even advertise for Playtech poker anymore.
At least Michael from Casino Partners told me on the phone the other day that we would get paid soon, they wanted to make sure the stats were correct.
March 29, 2005 at 1:39 am #663536Anonymous
InactiveCasino Pays is saying they paid me already, the damn payment I got the first week of March was for Jan. commissions……..they still owe me for Feb.
And Casino Partners is saying this:
Hi Ellen,
The tournament fees are not coming off your commissions. You are payed on
the rake and fees minus the bonuses and charge backs.
You are sending me players every month and I’m quite content so far. We
will resolve this issue because I am determined on meeting your needs. I
have heard many good things about you from other affiliates of mine. What
do you think about a CPA ranging from $150 to $200; unless you are set on a
revenue share? I could even pay you for the players you have sent us this
month so far.I’m looking forward to hearing from you and if I could call sometime when
its convenient for you, that would be great.Respectfully,
Amit
LMFAO, how do you like this line;
You are sending me players every month and I’m quite content so far.
NO FUC*ING KIDDING, I would be content with me too! Do these guys really think we’re idiots!?
I’ll tell you now, almost every Playtech is coming down if these guys don’t make good asap. The only Playtech room that has acknowledged the screw up and paid us what seems a fair amount is IOG (Fair Poker) and the sad thing is Fair Poker gets less exposure than CD Poker, Noble and Prestige Poker. But yet they paid us last week and admited to the screw up in the stats……..
I’m about sick of this crap!

InactiveOkay, here we go again………..still no payment at all from Casino Partners for months and no payment yet this month from Casino Pays OR IOG Casinos, this is getting old.
Anyone else having problems with Playtech (poker mainly) and payments?

InactiveI don’t do that much poker, I was just getting into it when the rake back rose it’s ugly head, and when my server was hacked into and my good poker page was used for phishing. I don’t like most playtechs anyway – I just don’t trust some of the people running the programs. But playtechs, both pokers and bingos, also just don’t convert as well as others for me. So exposure is minimal, just the odd text link, as a favor to players so they have more choices. They are not choosing playtech.
PS. I am surprised IOG is not continuing to be cooperative. I always saw them as an exception, as I do Prestige. Blasters was ok with me so far, but Allstars gobbled up over 35 good depositing players who played for months and I got paid $500 or so because they all won and won and won….Some of them are still playing and it has been 5 months or so. I have not sent any additional players since…and still they win…. very unlikely scenario!

Inactivei too had delayed payments from partners…
May 8, 2005 at 7:53 am #665238Anonymous
InactiveWell, I got an email from one Playtech room stating they realized I had a player that somehow made a prop playing deal with the room, therefore costing me $$, so they’re back paying me over $600.
Casino Partners still owes me for 3-4 months pay.
Partner Page is still saying my stats are showing correctly but yet I’m showing negative amounts in the last 3 months, wtf is up with that??
Casino Pays paid me finally up to date, BUT I still think their stats are screwed up as well, no way we can have 10-20 depositing players in these rooms and be negative or making under $100…..impossible.

InactiveEllenIng wrote:Anyone else fed up with Playtech?!Yep – not one of them have actually made me any money and we have sent them tons of players. All the Playtechs that we promoted (Well.. only 3 of them) together, we’ve sent about 170 players over the last 3 months and we have a negative balance at every single one of them.
That works out to an average of about 20 players per room per month…
got way too rediculous and with the constant discussions to and fro.. we are dumping all playtechs. Had enough!

InactiveNever do casinopays without being paid up front and for plain placement, no strings attached, or they will eat you alive.
Playtech Bingo is just as bad. The only Playtech that has Bingos that do some business is Kiwi, all the other Bingos from playtech are for the birds.
Don’t know why, the software is decent. I guess it’s the same reason the pokers are not well…whatever that is.
May 9, 2005 at 2:14 am #665262Anonymous
InactiveWe have way too much invested in those rooms to pull them all, yet anyways. And I’m sure you did too Peralis.
Finally being told we’re owed $600 extra in the Playtech room that has the least amount of exposure makes me wonder how many thousands of dollars are owed to us from the others.
I just keep emailing and posting and bitching, if nothing is done soon, I guess I’ll have to pull them, the ones that aren’t owning up to it.
May 23, 2005 at 2:31 am #665927Anonymous
InactiveJust an update, still no payment from Casino Partners (although they’ve agreed to an amount that is acceptable).
Also if you haven’t read the thread in the Casino Partners forum, I suggest you do, it appears that poker revenue is not added to sub affiliate income. It’s being worked on, but is costing a few some big $$$ I’m sure.
Now the question is, are all the Playtech rooms doing this? Having problems with poker stats, so they’re not paying for subs in the poker area.

Total nightmare having the same conversation with every single one of them. To be fair.. Casino Partners have been the most cooperative of the lot and are really making an effort to sort it out.
