InactiveYou’re preaching to the choir.
Party Poker believes they are the flagship of the online poker industry and, to a large extent, they are.
But as soon as they went public, everything became about the bottom line…profit. And now there isn’t a lot of leiniency these days regarding their affiliate program.
I guess we can take heart that with so much new competition sprouting up everyday, Party Gaming is bound to lose a great deal of their market share in the future.

InactiveI’ll just say the “Party” group has no place on my site ever. They are bullies and rip off artist in the biggest degree. So, I assume by this they mean if I earn a million a month from past players I would lose this if I didn’t send at least one real player in a 60 day period, this is complete BULLSHIT!!! What if I decide to retire my site or sell it? The past players rev share money shouldn’t still be mine? I am truly offended by that sort of email and I am sure mine is on the way because in promoting a certain poker tournament finder that has them as a possible site I signed up with them again. After promoting them the same as any other site, not one hit, click, impression, sign up or anything shows in my stats. I get a giggle out of it really. Their people sent me emails about how my site should be seo’ed with examples of what my title should be and everything. It was special.
I know some of you folks promote and like them, I don’t.
Just my opinion.

InactiveI received the same email the other day.
I just pulled all their banners and replaced them with a company that appreciates affiliates.

InactiveSo BB1 if your testers account did not fall under your aff program did it fall under another affiliates or did it fall under a PP house account? They should be able to provide you this information.

Hi Steve,
I have checked your link again and it is not showing that there are any problems with the link.
Regarding closing your account, as mentioned so long as you keep in touch and I am aware of you issues this is not going to happen, so please do not worry about that. It is clear that you are now not inactive and so your account will not be treated as such.

Sarah Hunter

Subject: Re: Stop your PP account from becoming inactive!hi Sarah,
He signed up thru the link on the top of my index page which I’ve now changed over to this address
http://www.twocardholdem.com/sarah.htm
because quite frankly I see no reason in continuing to run your ads until such a time comes when you’ve got this problem figured out. Its hard telling how many players I have sent thru and not gotten credit for.
please let me know how you want to go about working out this problem, and I will be happy to oblige.
this is the tracker code I was issued and have been using on my index page,
http://wwwpartypoker.com/index20100.htm?wm=2684494
along with many other pages. I have now used my editer to replace the tracker with an older tracker I had on another site which is
http://wwwpartypoker.com/index20100.htm?wm=2003216
I am hoping that one will track better.
while I am for the present going to replace your banner that I had on the top of my first page – with one from another poker room, I will be glad to give party back its premium position once I know the tracking is working, … and I’d like somebody’s assurance that my account isn’t going to be shut down next month because I didn’t send any new players.
…. you know that’s a lot of bull shit that shutting down accounts. the deal was for the life of the players account.
I know that’s not your fault Sarah but it still stinks.
anyway, thanks for your time in helping sort out this current crisis.
Highest Regards
Steve.

Hi Steve,
I have checked and it is showing that the player signed up directly with Party Poker and did not come via any tracker or bonus code. Please let me know exactly how he signed up, was it via a website or did he enter a bonus code, in either case please provide full details in order that I can check further as to what happened.
Regards,
Sarah Hunter
ps
I wish I had kept my tester’s email but I didn’t; but anyway before he went and signed up I had even reminded him to clear his cookies and make sure they were set to allow. He’s done this for me countless times so I doubt its a problem on his end.
