The bottom line is that it doesn’t matter who is screaming foul play if the program (and others) don’t truly care about ethics. If the common goal is met, it shouldn’t matter who has initiated the first blow.

It is the programs who hold all the power, they can either stand for fair play aka fair business standards and enforce those morals on ALL of their partners or they can mope and dope around talking BS. Finally some of us are coming to realize that it is our duty as professional and ethical individuals to only promote programs representing our views and to call out those that don’t.

Good points. There are clearly some programs who would co-operate and some who wouldn’t. But as you say, that is bound to impact affiliate promotion.

    Hear, hear!!!

We are very much responsible here too.

If we promote programs that pay for the development of new BH programs and the proliferation of old ones, we are financing this crap ourselves. Directly.

There is really only one program anymore that openly and unabashedly cloogs all the searchengines with crap.

CPays is the king of spamdexing.

Is anyone actually inclined to destroy blackhatter´s domains? Not the monkey ones with 1000+ subdomains but the ones at the core of their networks. And what about ridding the net of their biggest hangouts (syndik8 comes to mind), or domains that even carry blackhat keywords in them i.e. cloakerforums etc.
