JustinOk I logged in. I never received a welcome email or confirmation that I had been approved so I assumed I was on hold.

OK great … glad to hear you could login no problem.
We’ve had a few affiliates come across the same problem, but I think it depends on your ISP. Sometimes our emails are blocked, but sometimes they aren’t. Part of our approval process includes a welcome email … so it was sent out, but got caught up somewhere along the way.
