    Are you sure they didn’t just process the balance? The end of December concluded the quarter and they ‘processed’ those balances in January. Check Stats, Account History, Jan and see if they did that.

    That’s what happened the quarter before and that’s what happened in my account in January.

    Yes it does show they processed it but I’ve never seen the bank wire come through. Do you have a contact email for them?

    support (at) vipprofits.com, but remember the Super Bowl has just finished so they are focussing on paying players and then I am sure they will follow up any concerns you may have.

    I need a “real” contact email Simon. The support email gets me no where. I used to have an email for a Frederick but all my VIP contacts got lost when I upgraded my Outlook

    Not sure of who the ‘real’ email is as I have not been involved with the company for years. However I do know Fred works for another egaming operator and can not be contacted.

    The support emails do get read and sometimes are not responded if they are already doing what is asked. Remember there are thousands of affiliates still getting paid by VIP Profits and the staff is limited in this particular area of the business which could explain for the delays.

    This is from a source at VIP Profits I have and they are basically saying from the above statement money has been cleared for payment (moved from your acct) and ready to be sent.

    I don’t know if “disappeared” is the right word since the history shows that it was removed due to a payout. I just haven’t received the payout to my account yet.

    just trying to clarify that it is the balance forward that you are talking about.

    that money always disapears when the payment process starts and it takes 2-4 weeks for them to pay out after that happens.

    you should be glad your balance forward is gone, if it was not then you would not be getting paid!

    there have been a few times where they did not pay me on time and i could always tell because my balance forward was still there.

    In my experience VIP doesn’t ever respond to their support email. A year or so ago, my account went from huge negative to huge positive and they closed my account and wouldn’t respond to any emails whatsoever. Phone got me in touch with someone who ran the program but claimed he didn’t know what was going on. Long story short, I gave up trying to collect figuring they went rogue.
