Hey Professor,
I talked to the casino owner a moment ago on the phone, he said would overide the rtg/casino manager decision …. If it has not went through by tomorrow PM me and I will remind him of what he has told me. When a win goes through on a RTG casino the RTG progressive manager is the first line of decision makers and the casino owner may not even know that someone has hit yet untill he reviews stats. So do not bum out yet ….

It wasnt a large amount of money, but its the first time I ever hit a decent sized jackpot and I just want to cash out once in my life. I always just play until my monies gone and despite wins I never have tried to cash out from a casino before.
Tell that owner I owe him a drink the next conference were at.
