BonusParadise, once again, thank you for bringing this to our attention.

As we first thought, the issue relates to the new download casino we recently launched. We are currently implementing the upload of all data, and we will then backdate it from the beginning. Your players are one of the few that are using this solely, and it has accordingly affected your stats (as it appears they aren’t playing…)

Once we implement the data, you will receive all moneys (this should be within 2 weeks). I have PM’d you the amount your players have lost…

I also find the stats disturbing. I have deposits showing but, no income for the past couple of months. I’d even be happy with a minus as it would be showing “something”. All my stats are showing are the deposits and no activity. Strange….

As with BP, the reason for the strange stats is that your players have played the download casino and we currently are not importing their stats. Our sample stats are being tested currently, so we won’t be too far off to getting this for you.

As it was explained earlier:

As with BP, the reason for the strange stats is that your players have played the download casino and we currently are not importing their stats. Our sample stats are being tested currently, so we won’t be too far off to getting this for you.

In short, I do have revenue. It is just not showing in the stats. On a good note, Stephen did pm me with an estimated amount that I should be receiving via ASP in June for my earnings.

I would say, go ahead and sign up. If you have any problems, Stephen is just a pm away. He has always gotten back to me within hours. No more the 12 hrs. That’s top notch support in my book.

he is really on this non stop, and I trust him,
He proofed that there is all tracked, so there should be no problems
they just need bit time to get stats showing correct in our program.
