InactiveAre your host also your DNS Registrar? If not move to another host as in yesterday.
If they are also your DNS Registrar, move your domains to another registrar pronto!!! Never ever, have your host repsonsible for your domain names and your hosting. Recipe for disaster.

InactiveIf that happened to me I would make a HUGE deal about it!
Business is business and they better understand.
I would move.

InactiveI had a problem like this with bluehost after just one month of being with them. They had me locked in for a year so i’d be wasting 11 months of hosting service if I moved to another company. It was at the point where I knew exactly when the server would go down and when it would come back up.
After two weeks of complaining they switched my site to one of their newer servers and I never had the problem again. So I’d suggest just nagging them until they fix the problem. Tell them to move your site to another server.

Guestcan’t make money if you’re site isn’t there. that simple. Move.
I was in your position recently and decided (which time proved correct) that I’d be way ahead of the game to eat the other 11 month’s hosting costs in trade for a site I could count on to be up.
