Actually, I almost broke down and bought one just for Vegas. I was studying plans and got frustrated.
Where I live they don’t work, and I don’t travel much within the US, mostly abroad. So then I figured out I needed a three band or whatever it was for abroad…
Then I decided I would likely keep it turned off most all the time anyway…
I just hate those things. I have spent entirely too much time on the phone in my lifetime – I deserve a break.
I will buy one before springbreak. Someone at the conference told me I was much better off with a German one and a German plan, so when I go to Germany either before Ice in January or before Amsterdam in April, I’ll get one.
Time to break out the Chianti.
