InactiveIn all my years in this business 99.9% of chargebacks occurrred with Casino Coins. Additionally when one webmaster sees large chargebacks, you can bank on seeing numerous other webmasters have them too. This isn’t a new phenomena its been going on for years. I think all those ducks on the pond are quacking quite loudly.

InactiveI don’t think Jared is enjoying the chargebacks any more than we are.

vladcizsolMemberJared said they had recieved a large number of Chargebacks in January so this comes as no surprise. Its not pleasant but its not surprising either.

InactiveHi All,
US cheats have hit us hard. Live by the sword and die by it. The good news is that we have done more positive business than negative as will show when this bullshit fraud is finalized and you are paid. Things are changing yet we will succeed.

biggygMemberReality is many US gamblers are using this change as excuse to dispute all their gambling changes and bank debits.Remember that lady years ago that sued and won her case to have almost 100k in credit card bills erased for gambling online?
DOJ is probably loving all this too.

InactiveI am afraid we will see a lot more of that all over. When player withdrawals take some time, players get impatient and chargebacks happen. I wouldn’t blame the program for that so much as the present payment situation. Hopefully this will resolve soon…

vladcizsolMemberSorry Dom, in this case I am blaming the program as the chargebacks here are excessive and not in line with any other program I work with.
Casino Coins hit me with $3500 in mysterious chargebacks last night. This was AFTER Jared said was the cutoff date for reconciling this amazing pile of bad debt. That coupled with the constantly moving date we will be paid is throwing up Red Flags the size of Montana for me.
Yep, now I am mad too…

vladcizsolMemberIts like a nightmarish version of Deal or No Deal on TV. Jared assumes the role of Howie and holds our commissions and every couple of days (briefcases) the banker calls down with a lower offer!!!
Our commissions go down and there isnt a damned thing we can do! This is TOTALLY unacceptable. and I have spoken with Jared on the phone repeatedly as to commission status and every time what he has told me has been wrong. He swore to me several times that payments had been approved and sent over to finance and then seemingly within an hour that story totally changes. Now we get this surprise last night.
Its terrible and I am furious 😡 😡
