    Hi Guys! :hattip:

First post here but most of you probably already know me!

Like many others here I heavily promoted & supported these two casinos when they appeared last year, and as a player I really enjoyed their software.

Also like many others I have been owed affiliate earnings going back to February – that’s 6-months – despite getting an e-mail from the ‘new owners’ in May promising a resolution in 7-days…

I had pretty much resigned myself to letting it go, but a promotional e-mail from Hype last week soliciting a $500 deposit from me really hit a nerve!
How DARE they carry on trading & pulling in cash without paying their loyal affiliates?

So I am considering taking direct action as in posting warnings everywhere & bumping them every week. :stirpot:
After all – at this stage I feel I have nothing to lose!

Firstly, does anyone think this is a really good or bad idea?
If good – who will help me fight for what is rightfully ours?

Sorry to start with a negative – but you’ve got to start somewhere! :baby:

It’s difficult to say what will actually work with them :( I have no idea what the current state of things are with Hype since the contact with ‘Casino Licensee’ (I think that was the name – I lost the email) has ceased some time ago.

It WOULD be nice to at least know what the deal is, though, and find out if there is EVER going to be full payment to us affiliates who promoted either one of these casinos.

All they would have to do is show up and explain what is going on, it can’t be all that difficult to do. It seemed promising at first, but now just seems very unlikely :(

    Hi KasinoKing!

I see your posts all the time at Casinomeister. :) I post as “Dave” over there; I don’t post very often, though.

Yes, I think it’s a good idea. Players should know the truth about this group.

I blacklisted them a while ago, here: Hype Gaming Blacklisted

If you’d like to exchange links between Hype blacklist pages, I’m all for that. Several of us have already done that (see the “Additional Resources” links at the bottom of the page). If you’re getting the word out by posting on forums, send me a few of the URLs — I’ll link to the posts from my Hype blacklist page. :)

    Welcome aboard, KasinoKing! :hattip:

They are looking more and more like a lost cause.

I think they are still locked up in court with a gag order, suing each other. I believe funds are locked too, but they appear to be making some player payments out of pocket.

Not sure what the right course is here. I pulled them ages ago.

The fact that they are still marketing to players should say it all right there, someone is still in business over there, and they are taking bets at the other casino as well the Palace one I forget the name. I think something needs to be done!

Didn’t casinobonusguy say that their host signaled that if they became aware of illegal activity on their servers then they would shut down their account? Maybe worth a try?

I removed the links from my sites some time ago….

From what I hear the players get paid, just not us. The software people are apparently paying players out of pocket, but the operators are supposed to be paying affiliates as per contract and are not doing so. That’s what I understood when last I had contact, which was some time ago.

I appear to have players there winning up a storm. I took them down ages ago, it’s a shame, the players keep going back, they must really like the software.

Players ARE being paid.. That is why I see players in my Hype stats as well (even though they are winning).

But – yes, affiliates are not and who knows if they ever will. I sure wish somebody would come in and let us know what is going on. At least mention they are in court, assets are frozen, etc…

If they were in court and assets were frozen then players wouldnt be playing and getting paid. It’s all bullshit.

They amassed a large player base on our backs and arent paying us. It’s as simple and as obvious as that.

You are probably right. I have no clue what is really happening behind the scenes… I was just under the impression that there was a court battle from multiple posts about it.

I just want my $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ as we all do. I think it sucks that we’ve been stiffed and our good players (I had quite a few good players there) are now probably just players in their pocket with no affy tied to them.

If they were just ‘players in their pocket’ why would we still be seeing any activity at all on their affy site?
Surely the continuation of stats reporting shows there is still a definite link between the casinos & the affy program…?

Seems most of you would support some sort of action to try to get some information about what is going on, so I will carry out my promise to highlight to the unaware players what is going on with these people and try to encourage someone to emerge from behind the scenes & give us some sort of info.

I would appreciate any support, if any are willing to give it!
    Thanks,
    KK

I’m sure they will still take bets, though. I’ve never seen an email to MY player account saying that they are no longer taking bets. And I am sure I could plop in $1000 quite simply and either lose it or…. lose it.
