vladcizsolMemberYou didnt really believe affiliates would get paid did you? They took as much additional player money as they could over the few weeks and headed for the hills.
I feel sorry for all the players at HYPE as undoubtably their info will be sold, probably to numerous buyers and the SPAM will be relentless.

InactiveThe casinos are still open, the players are still playing and withdrawing, it’s just us getting screwed.

With regards to scams this seems to be an entirely new concept!

InactiveYou’re right, Dom. What a surprise that was…
I have the software on my hard drive and, after reading your post, pulled it up and played – for free, of course.
These are totally immoral people. Times like this I wish we were legal – then there would be legal recourse.

biggygMemberAs time goes on I am getting more pissed at the software company who allows them to pull this crap.I will give justin credit , as soon as his ass was out the door he told me if he was bidding man none of us will ever get payed and i bet he left because he was also at risk of not getting paid..I am not about throwing good money after bad so i say we use the skills we know best and all of launch a mass digg or goarticles.com post about this group ,within 24 hours the software company and hypegaming people will see the only publicity they will get is BAD.
Google will have thousands of unique content to last them weeks when people type in thsi group or their software.Sorry to the good guys who also share this software but use your weight to help us all get paid.I am willing to bet that between CAP membersl we are owned a million dollars if not more.I personally am owned almost $20,000 and i do not consider myself a big affiliate here. These are times when we cant roll over and play dead ,we need to kick some ass.And to those who still feel we will hurt ourselves with this measure , we are at a point now we let them steal our money or make them feel the consequences.Together as a group we have power as like it or not we do control the online gambling markets and serps results .The software company arms length approach to this is NOT kosher at all.

InactiveAnybody run a ‘who is’ on this crowd?
Would it be worth considering – what is it called – a group lawsuit?
casinobonusguy, Google says that, apart from xxInChilli, there is also xxGiantPalace – another newbie out of the woodwork. I see that right on the home page is “Fast Player Payments”. I’m wondering if xxgiantpalace is xxHype with another incarnation to gather in more money before folding their tents once more.
This could go on indefinitely…
It would be interesting to find out if all three casinos are run by the same people but I don’t have the know-how. Anyone?

InactiveThey are.
They weren’t always, though. Originally it was Hype, owned by Nixcourt & InChilli, owned by ‘the Dicks’. Giant Palace was owned by another as well (can’t remember the name right now).
Now – all are run by Firebrand Interactive.

InactiveTom and Maryann (I think their names are).
August 27, 2007 at 12:26 pm #746828
vladcizsolMemberTom and Maryan Dick were the original operators of Captain Cooks Casino and have been in this business since dinosaurs walked the earth. They are also very decent people.
While I have heard they are connected to a number of other operations I have never had confirmation that they were behind Hype. I used to talk them frequently when they operated iSpye and CCC so I would be surprised if they were backing Hype Gaming and hadnt contacted me.

InactiveAh, but I never said they were connected with Hype….
Just InChilli.August 27, 2007 at 12:45 pm #746831
vladcizsolMemberOk my Bad. InChilli makes more sense. But had they called me I would have advised a much more marketable name. What were they thinking; inChilli?
Whats next InSoup Poker? InStew Bingo?
Hindsight is 20/20, and the software was a nice one, but the developer seems Rogue now. I wish Tom and Maryan had stuck with MGS or at worse RTG rather then venture into uncharted waters.

InactiveGood one! Yeah, InChilli was at least a memorable name
Not sure why it was chosen.I don’t know why they went with PP software instead of another. I think it looked like a viable casino platform at first. Maybe they saw something they didn’t like, though, and ran for the hills.
Not sure. I just remember that when I was doing research on the licensors, they came up as the InChilli owner.

InactiveI still hope someone reputable comes along and rescues the software.
I really liked it.
August 27, 2007 at 3:50 pm #746870
vladcizsolMemberYou cant rescue the software if the developer is Rogue.
How would you support the product? You really couldnt trust the integrity of the code either. Not when peoples money is riding on it.
It’s a damned shame, but thats where we are at. Remember the developer not only threatened affiliates to “shut up or not get paid” they went ahead and kept our funds and closed the affiliate sites and ceased all communications. That makes them Rogue with a capital R.
I wouldnt buy kitty litter from people like that, much less casino software.
