To answer your question, NO … we are not one company although we do use the same customer support team, who deal with the Player Preferred software. This was probably a simple slip of the finger from their support staff when replying to your email.

Just to clarify again, Hype Gaming and Inchilli are 2 totally seperate businesses. The only similarity is the same customer support team.
What’s happened here is a simple typo, but I do appreciate that it can be misleading and confusing.
